I need to get back to blogging. I've stripped the blog of my identity for privacy reasons. I am OCD. That's all that matters. Anyone lurking can suck it.
I am going to start blogging my food and crossfit schedule tomorrow. I have been shaping up nicely, being a good girl--I am obviously a girl--but want/need to slim down and continue gaining strength and endurance. Blogging helps keep one honest. I will use this space to track my performance, consistency, and food consumption, stay honest, and peek in on my comrades.

Sunday: Biked
Monday: Crossfitted @ 7pm :)
Tuesday: prepared to c-fit @ 7pm, but work derailed me. :(
Wednesday: Crossfitted @ 7p :)
Thursday: Crossfitted @ 6p :)
Friday: no C-fit for anyone today; did 1 hour yoga class
Saturday: biked 11 miles; Crossfitted @ 9:30 am :)
