Mondays are so dang rough. I always get only 5 hours or so of sleep before the work week starts. I need at least 7/8. Ack.
Today I consumed three HBEs, a few orange wedges, and a plaeo cookie for lunch -- go me!! I am enjoying HBEs again. Go figure. Such an excellent source of protein, not to mention othwer nutrients. is the best all around food.
For breakfast I consumed organic Greek Yogurt w/ banana, strawberries, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, and cinnamon. Yum. I also had some coffee w/ organic milk and honey. yum.
I hope to find and buy The-Primal-Blueprint-Cookbook at B&N tonight. Am excited. I think the book will inspire me to experiment/find new ways to create delicious and pure paleo meals. :)
My main project right now, aside for training for the upcoming CFE races, is to inspire Eric to get healthy (exercise, stop smoking, eat mostly right.) He's improving some in the food department, but holy cats, my man needs help. I need to find creative ways to help him; I fear I have become a "nag." Any tips????

I can sympathize with you regarding keeping the Mister healthy. Mine has considered bagels a staple of daily consumption his entire life, and his intermittently painful hip hinders any effort at exercise. It is a very fine line we walk in our efforts to assure our mates stay healthy, the perception of nagging (although completely lovingly applied) can sabotage all progress. They have to want it, and it has to be their idea. We need to strategize a viable plan!
