This week

Wow. Have been bad. Sorta. I've been working around the clock so I have a good excuse. End of semester and beginning of new semester = 16 hour days for me. I'm stopping by to post my Friday score and do some back blogging. When semester settles down and I get a little more time (LOLOLOLOL) I will post more often and more period. Though I am BURIED at work. BURIED. Poor economy = more work. But I love my job and have job security, so I cannot complain...too much. ;)

*2 times is normally unacceptable, but my partner needed me this week. Got unexpectedly bad news on the homefront, so supporting him and his fam was priority. please pray for E's dad.

Wow. I've no idea. Must consult book. I cannot believe how quickly the past month has flown by!

Huzzah! I crossfit-ed every day c-fit was open this week like a good girl. AND I practiced yoga (intense class) on Friday at noon at Joyful. Holla!!!!

Goals:

1. do more c-fit endurance--once a week on sat.
2. practice yoga twice a week.
3. crossfit 4 to 5 times per week without exception.
4. continually improve eating habits--work on reducing sugar, salt, and processed food intake. Only eat such treats on special occasions, like September 11th peace accords anniversary celebration at bubble room, rather than any time i get an urge to ingest sugary crap.
5. Blog food
