So I didn't go to sleep until 3am on Sunday because i am a night owl who frequently returns to my nocturnal state on the weekends. Because i taught three classes yesterday and knowingly had to work late--ouch--i could not have operated on only 5 hours of sleep, and therefore and unfortunately missed Monday's WOD. I was bummed that i missed it. this is progress!
I c-fitted every day last week--that's 5 days--and did a CFE WOD on Sunday. that's pretty kick-ass if i do write so myself. i wanted to go to yoga but had to teach a sat. class. wah. but i love teaching, so all is well.
rxd today's WOD. wow! sumos suck arse. completed 4 rounds with 0.00001 seconds to spare.
foodwise, i performed not so well today, primarily because i desperately needed to go to the grocery store. i finally shopped tonight. this week's been gnarles barkley. lots of grading, reports, classes, committee shiz, etc. so today i ate:
cottage cheese and a zone bar and green tea
spinach, feta, & egg wrap and chai tea latte.
greek yogurt with dried fruit and granola and honey
greens, chicken, tomatoes, walnuts, pear, spanish cheese, carrot, and ginger dressing and soy milk
i describe the above as bad because it's not paleo or at least closely paleo (i cannot eat salad without dressing, but do look for dressings with the least amount of preservs. whole foods sells some good dressings) and then there's that damn latte. at least i'm being honest. onto tomorrow...i write into the wind...
