Yesterday I completed my first WOD with big girl push ups; I did ZERO girly push ups. So I only did 24 in 7 minutes plus numerous sprints, but I DID IT! Was starting to doubt that I could build enough strength the do a real push up, like i was destined to second class strength. so i'm excited. now i only have double unders, handstand push ups, knees to elbows, and pull ups to master. no big deal. ;) ;) ;)
i cheated this weekend, more than i usually would. had pizza and ice cream. but am back to paleo with a little self approved dairy. have been a good girl the past two days. i PRd my snatch. how licentious!
