I am going

to look good in my wedding dress, thanks to crossfit (and diligence on my behalf.) huzzah!!!

re macs: Cannot find them totally unsalted, you are not alone. However, we have found that the best ones, by far, are from Fresh Market, by the lb. Def the least salty of any, and I think larger...just not quite as economical is the Mauna Loa's in the can from Costco...but we do eat plenty of those, as well. I just got some Brazil nuts from ME...any idea what the 411 is on those? I fear they are mostly O6....??; July 20, 2010 at 1:24 PM
