GOALS

goals:

1. eat clean; avoid gluten and processed food/additives
2. exercise every day
3. lose 10 to 15 pounds

accomplishments thus far:

1. have built more muscle in my arms
2. have been c-fitting far more consistently within the past 6 weeks than i was for several months before that--i fell off the wagon.
