Dinner @ cheeseburger cheeseburger, which has the BEST Angus all natural no additive hamburgers: 1 small 5.5 oz. hamburger with American cheese, ketchup, mustard; some onion rings, and a peanut butter & chocolate milkshake
Failures:
1. had a few onion rings--i don't even like onion rings!
2. milkshake: extra calories
Successes: milkshake: i rarely have them, I really really wanted ice cream over a several hour period, i biked several miles, and feel that indulging once in a while is OK. Now I need to move myself into the once and awhile category, and leave the stuff my face with chocolate and sweets on a semi-regular basis category.
goals:
1. eat clean; avoid gluten and processed food/additives
2. exercise every day
3. lose 10 to 15 pounds
accomplishments thus far:
1. have built more muscle in my arms
2. have been c-fitting far more consistently within the past 6 weeks than i was for several months before that--i fell off the wagon.
