Ride bike from God is Love to downtown and back again (10 miles) and made 2 paleo meals--what a great way to start the week!
made cauliflower egg torte and cashew chicken. Had to add a little seasoning and Parmesan to both (strict paleo was too bland), but the dishes came out well. also made fruit and vegetable salad. had some peanut brittle, too. temptation is so hard...having that shite in my house is unavoidable, so i must strengthen my resolve.
