am happy i got to crossfit tonight, despite another intense, challenging, never-ending day. am in massive need of a massage--have been enduring far too much stress lately, which has been taking a serious toll on my person.
funny. i was talking taxation and education to some colleagues this afternoon. i shared how i will be paying student loans until i retire, which horrified them. that's not really so horrifying, is it?
completing 3 CFEs will be challenging this week because i have a few irregular events that will prevent me from c-fitting at usual times--will be at work til 10pm ish tomorrow, so no evening c-fit for me--and have a Halloween event on Friday at 7pm, which means no evening c-fit for me that day as well. I hope the 6pm girls can squeeze a CFE WOD with me on Thursday. Miss Jackson, if yo nast-ay!

simple egg salad sam (EEK!!! am bad! why? as a result of my ball-sucking Mon. i did not prepare food in advance...EXCUSES EXCUSES! i still have not gone to grocery yet, but tonight's reason for not going is no excuse.)
