Fri: no pm class; had to work from 10a until 10p, so decided not to get up uncharacteristically early (awaking any time before 8am is ungodly hour for me)
Review:
1. my challenge? Getting up early on Monday. Am wired to be a night owl. tend to go to bed at 2/3am on the weekends, making awaking early on Monday for c-fit on the Mondays i have to teach late (until 8pm) really difficult. I work from 11am until either 7pm or 8pm, depending on teaching load, on Mondays and Tuesdays, and from 9am until about 6pm Wed. thru Fri. So I c-fit at 7pm when i don't have to teach late on Mon. and Tues., and c-fit at 6pm, my preferred time, Wed. trhu Fri.
2. excellent work with CFEs. my goal is to do them 3x per week: Wed., Thursday or Friday, and Sunday.
3. goal: consistently do regular c-fit 4x per week--no less.
4. resist the urge for crappy foods: sugar, chocolate, and bread are devils that often tempt me.
