Foods to eat on the regular

Vitamin A & Beta Carotene: eggs, spinach, broccoli, milk

Vitamin D: Milk, fatty fish

Vitamin E: nuts, spinach

Vitamin C: strawberries, broccoli, tomatoes

Thiamin/B1: eggs, berries

Riboflavin/B2: Meats, poultry, fish, eggs

Niacin/B3: meats, fish, eggs, milk

Pyridoxine/B6: Chicken, fish, eggs, cabbage, spinach, sunflower seeds, bananas, broccoli, walnuts

Folic Acid/Folate: strawberries, green leafy vegetables, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, nuts

Calcium: cheddar cheese, dark green leafy vegetables, milk

Iron: Beef, spinach, dried fruits

Protein: meat, poultry, eggs, milk, cheddar cheese, dairy products, nuts
