I'm blogging again. Truly. Diligently.
first meal: decaf green tea w/ honey, cinnamon, & a little organic half and half; strawberries, walnuts, 1 HBE
ate light; am meeting my sister for lunch in 2 hours. :)
second meal @ Chef Brook's: spinach & chicken w/ leafy greens, carrots, tomatoes, and some pinto beans (eek! legumes) & ginger dressing (a bit salty-next time i won't use the dressing)
going to order some paleo kits, me thinks
third meal: chicken salad: lettuce, black olives, cukes, salsa, pico, cheese, chicken, cilantro
small choc ice cream w almonds :)
