meal 1: fage greek style yogurt, 1/2 banana, dried cranberries, blueberries, strawberries, walnuts, almonds, honey, cinnamon

meal 2: beef w egg and onion, spinach, & carrot sauté and broccoli

snack: larabar and half banana

meal 3: 3 HBEs, salsa, avocado, spinach, 2 squares dark choc
