1 HB, salsa, walnuts
crave for lunch: veggie omelet: eggs, spinach, asparagus, broccoli, mushrooms, onions, peppers, tomato, Vermont cheddar; 1 piece wheat toast, potato, and blueberries. i REALLY wanted biscuits and gravy, but the veggie omelet is much healthier. i was very hungry so ate the toast, but was still hungry after my meal, so an hour later, w a grumbling tummy, i ate:
1 serving of steel cut oatmeal w walnuts, almond butter, pecans, honey, flax seed, organic half and half
decaf green tea w organic half and half
dinner: cauliflower; mustard-almond flour chicken; salad: dark greens w cranberries, walnuts, ACV, flaxseed oil, lemon, and honey; 2 squares dark choc
