green tea, half and half, honey

meal 1: Greek plain yogurt, honey, cinnamon, almonds, walnuts, blueberries, strawberries, 1/2 banana

meal 2: chicken w almond flour, lemon juice, broccoli, square dark choc

larabar and 1/2 banana

meal 3: good beef w egg and onion, spinach, & carrot sauté = yum; 1 square dark choc
