If you want to more accurately gauge what you consume for whatever reason (some of us are trying to lose weight, alas) I strongly suggest tracking the nutritional content and amount of your daily intake at fitday.com, a site that kary turned me onto. It's most helpful!

You are welcome! I am glad it is helpful. It is a good way to keep honest. No WOD for me tonight, I have "surprise" plans that I cannot wiggle out of early in the evening. Have a great weekend and I will see you next week. :)
