So I really didn't do so hot yesterday @3295 -- I think I took it too easy. Next time we do the 15 minute rowing WOD I'm going to step it up. I already have slipped up a bit with my food today; however, passing up "free food" -- a piece of veggie pizza from the delicious pizza pub -- at my union meeting was too much to resist.
tea, steel oats, peanut butter, walnuts, creamer, honey: ca. 450 cal
piece veggie pizza: ca. 250 cal
yogurt and almonds: 375 cal
egg salad sandwich: 475 cal
WOD: 4 rounds of bear + 1 bear @ 53 = well done!
snack: spanish cheese and choc w almonds = heaven: 450 cal (ouch!)
2000 calories -- mmmm -- am shooting for 1800. the chocolate was naughty, but man, was it good!!!
