snack: yogurt, almonds, plus cheese, sundried tomato, strawberry and chocolate, super mini eclair, carrot (can u tell i went to a faculty party?) 500 calories
CFE: 2 miles, 21.30. that's not a competitive time, but Kristin and i took it easy and talked educational shop the entire time, which was cool, because the run didn't phase me. that's too fucking miles of no big deal. that's HUGE for me. i no longer fear the 5K. hollaaaaaaa.
WOD of hell -- death by lunges -- 295 in 17 minutes.
dinner: 2 eggs, spanish cheese (is orgasmic), salsa, avocado, pineapple, broccoli = ca. 600 calories
= 1800 calories
