Grading HELL EL EL EL EL EL EL

Tis where I am. Three classes down, 1 to go before I can kick back, relax, and plan next semester...wah.

I didn't go to crossfit yesterday, but i am not beating myself up for it. i'm proud of myself for going last week and today, whilst in the middle of the three times per year when i am under unmitigated duress. I am so very crunchy right now. yikes

today i eeked out 4 rounds plus 57 singles. Felt so good to work out. Sunday I did a CFE with Kristin -- go us! We did the 9 rounds of 1 minute on one minute off -- kicked our asses.

Over the past 4 days i have been diligently tracking my food on fitday.com. today's log won't be very accurate because today was the office party. i ate pretty well except for the dessert. la la la. i had sloppy joe sans the bun, turkey meatballs, broccoli orzo soup, fresh veggies and some kind of dip, a piece of homemade bread--i couldn't resist--and stinky cheese. but i digress. in terms of nutrition, i learned that i am consuming way too much fat and not enough protein.

Sounds to me you like you have flipped the switch. You feel guilty if you don't work out now, that is great. :)
