My GOALS, as of Nov 2009
1. Clean eating: significantly reduce sugar and extras, esp. chocolate & lattes; follow paleo, except for cheese & milk for tea; be weary when eating out!
2. WOD regularly: 4 to 5 times per week--no less--no letting work interfere.
3. CFE: 3 times per week in anticipation of my 3 5Ks! River, Roots, & Ruts in January, Edison Festival of Light in February, & Komen in March
Ancillary GOALS:
1. be on time
2. limit naps on weekends to avoid compromising my weekly sleep schedule
3. plan food for day/week
4. grocery shop at least once per week
5. reduce eating out; avoid bread when eating out
6. increase muscle mass and reduce fat!
7. get to point where i am maintaining
