Almost to the break -- yeeha!
i am pleased with my performance last night. didn't stop once -- felt energized and had burst of energy at the end of the last 800 meters. is tres excellent.
working on increasing my protein intake. today is good -- had broccoli, goat cheese, and turkey burger = alotta protein. had organic Greek yogurt for breakfast, which has zero saturated or other bad fats and is high in protein. I did, however, consume a Christmas time baked good -- some kind of sweet bread/coffee cake concoction.
