lunch:? what to do -- i planned on going home, but is not gonna happen. i've a meeting. wah.
i ate: a chicken ceasar wrap, which is not too bad. I want to eat as little gluten as possible, but i feel better about a wrap than i do about bread. I just wish I knew what was in it. Unfortunately girl cannot be too picky sometimes! ca. 500 cal
snack and gift of holiday cookie (naughty!): yogurt 350 cal
dinner: goat cheese goji berry carrot avocado walnut strawberry ginger dressing turkey burger salad = super yum!!! ca. 700 cal?
