felt GREAT to be OFF the computer for 2 full days.
today i went to yoga at noon and did my wod at 6pm. was sort of slow but trying to mentally work out the snatches -- get my form right. plus i unintentionally have the slowest burpees. something else to work on. probably they will speed up the more i work out and the stronger i get, yes?
went to fresh market after i wod. bought some fresh tuna, organic no preservatives raspberry jam for brie concoction i am making for xmas eve, decaf and regular green tea, and some ridiculously good gourmet dark chocolate with cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and pastilla chile. yum!!! i am making baked tuna with olive oil, rosemary, ginger, black olives, and capers. yum!
today's ratio: 22-46-31(protein to fat to carbs)
I need must continue to work on increasing my protein intake, and in turn, discovering more sources of protein that i like, are easy to prepare, and portable. and i must force myself to cook and plan on the regular, else i'll never free myself from the stuck at work with no food deal. i enjoy turkey, beef, grouper, tuna, salmon, and eggs. chicken kind of grosses me out when i prepare it myself. but i enjoy. ok that's enough.

are you sure you are adding your blocks right? or maybe I am not reading it right...splain please :)
i listed the ~percentage~ of protein to carbs to fat that i consumed for that entire day, rather than the number of blocks. while adhering to the zone-block concept, i'm monitoring how MUCH I eat, as well as the percentage of protein to carbs to fat that i consume per meal and on a daily basis, while also focusing on clean eating. I am using the kary recommended site fitday.com to track this. is a v. cool site!
