yogurt, almonds, English breakfast tea w/ marginal organic creamer & honey: 380 cal.

am hunkering down for next two weeks -- is gonna be brutal. ouch ouch ouch.

wasn't too naughty over thanksgiving. my food, some of it, is written down and left at home.

lunch: 3 eggs, moz, salsa, avocado, strawberries: ca. 500 cal

snack: banana and almonds: ca. 200 cal

WOD! rowing...a lot

dinner: broccoli, cheddar cheese, oatmeal, walnuts, peanut butter, honey: ca 700

total: 1800 cal.
