good sprinting today! mostly 44, a 43, and ended with a 42. improved my times since my last 8 200 m sprints, completed just two weeks ago.
today i consumed:
2 cups of green tea with organic creamer and honey
plain European yogurt, almonds, banana
spinach, carrot, avocado, almonds, and tuna with ginger dressing, which contains soy and wheat. :(
Gruyère cheese, almonds, apple
3 hb eggs with hot sauce, salsa, almond butter, and honey
to eat paleo, i'd have to omit:
1. honey (at least on the regular)
2. creamer
3. yogurt
4. my beloved cheese, unless i can get a hold of raw, fermented grass fed cheese
5. evil yet delicious ginger dressing. there's no need for the wheat, dang it! i'm going to try my hand at making my own salad dressing.

let me know how it goes re: homemade ginger dressing. Me likey Oragami's, but am pretty sure it is evil, as well.
