today was better than yesterday -- at work -- which pleases me. i had a downer of an afternoon at the 'brare yesterday, but was redeemed today, so all is well in my lovely, yet ridiculously over-busy academic world. being an over-achiever is such hard work. ;) seriously. :0
i PR'd on the back squats at 113, which also pleases me.
am reflecting on the food i ate today in terms of what is non-paleo.
today i consumed:
pear, apple, almond butter, tea (no cream or honey--go me)
spinach, vinegar, walnuts, chicken, onion, dubliner cheese, avocado, ranch dressing
apple and almonds, tea (with a little feel good cream and a little honey--weak!)
three eggs, salsa, avocado, strawberries, walnuts, crystal hot sauce
fairly good, though not paleo. what to omit and what to substitute...
omit:
creamer
honey
Dubliner
substitute:
ranch dressing for homemade dressing without xanthum gum, soy lectin, and other shite
salsa with sugar for homemade salsa
hot sauce with salt and vinegar for cayenne pepper
is vinegar OK? hmmmm...

cider vinegar is paleo, altho not that great for body pH....but me diggy some cider vin...LEMON trumps!
