I had work and numerous events on Friday, so no crossfit for me that day. I had planned to go on sat. morning to make up for Friday; however, I stayed up past 4am (!) talking to Eric and his/our sister Kim after his birthday gathering that night. I had planned to go to yoga the next night, on Saturday, but my sleep was so OFF and i felt so out of it, that i didn't go--didn't want to drive all the way to Naples. i was gone all day today shopping for baby shower and house and then off to baby shower in Estero. i have not exercised since Friday and feel icky/feeling the need. am looking forward to tomorrow --yoga at noon on MLK no work day -- and crossfit at 6p.
so i only crossfitted 4x this past week, and did 1 CFE. next week i shall do more. :)
have decided to commit to the paleo challenge. am simultaneously anxious and eager about the challenge. diet is critical. this i have learned from all of the books and articles i have read about nutrition and exercise. i have been working hard in the gym for over 6 months now. doing the sacrifice will show me how critical diet truly is. and the two month sacrifice will allow me to observe how cutting out questionable foods truly affects my health.

WOW! yeah Jane!! Paleo Challenge is going to pay off big time, I feel. And I know you'll be ready to go hard on this MLK day! See you tonight- I go back in for CFE.
YEAH Jane I am so glad to hear that you are going to do the challenge. I know you were going back and forth with it. I am POSITIVE you'll do a great job. Remember don't set yourself up for failure...It's OK to have your slips :) I might try and get to YOGA tomorrow night after work. Are you around?
