Ass KICKIN' librarian

Breakfast: oatmeal, walnuts, honey, raspberries, tea

lunch: @ ada's yum! coconut curry chick peas, salad w berries, bean sprouts, ginger dressing

snack: dark choc w/ almonds

Tabata yo mama: 107 @ 105 lbs; no CFE -- got stuck @ work. :( but i already have completed 2 this week, and am doing one tomorrow am w Kristin

e and i went to origami for dinner and ate delicious sushi: rolls with clam, shrimp, crab, salmon, eel, tuna, cucumber, avocado, cream cheese. delicious. went to B/N where i had hot decaf tea -- no sugar --and then...a cupcake! yum. i felt fine about indulging and then saw my legs in an unflattering light today (sat.). damn me!!!!! :( at least i am going in the right direction. :) will i some day have thin lean legs again without going on a trauma diet? please? i can haz low bodee fat?
