So it's not 8 altogether, but it's pretty damn good.
ate decently this week, though did have some bread one day (an egg bagel at work) and some v evil choc cake that e bought. i am so week in the face of choc.
Today: turkey burger, cheese, raps and strawberries, walnuts
apple and peanut butter
eggs, broccoli, cheese, salsa, avocado, hot sauce, milk choc. yes. milk choc. i let myself enjoy some choc., my favorite vice, on the weekends. perhaps my new goal should be to ONLY eat choc on weekends--no to choc. during the week. this will help me reduce the amount of naughty i consume without feeling deprived, freaking out, torturing myself, and binging.
