give me my GOALS, bitch

My GOALS, as of Nov 2009

Major GOALS:

1. Clean eating: significantly reduce sugar and extras (milk chocolate/lattes); follow paleo, except for cheese & milk for tea; be weary when eating out!

2. WOD regularly: complete regular CF WODs 4 to 5 times per week--no less! No letting work interfere. One way I am reaching this goal: I am going to the 9am class on Mondays and Tuesdays--my nights at the 'brare. Thus far it is working!

3. CFE: Complete CFE 3 times per week, preferably with Diane, Kristin, et. al.; however, since I work nights two days per week, I will likely need to complete one on my own per week -- this will be a challenge! But I want be healthier me, and want to run a 5K in March -- the Komen Race -- so I need to be disciplined.

Ancillary GOALS:

1. be on time
2. limit naps on weekends to avoid compromising my weekly sleep schedule
3. plan food for day/week
4. grocery shop at least once per week
5. reduce eating out; avoid bread when eating out
6. increase muscle mass and reduce fat!

Good Goals and Good Luck! I think you can get t burgers at Target but the Costco ones are really good :) I can always pick up a sleeve for you if you don't have a membership no worries.
