started day off right with WOD. I completed less rounds than I wanted/anticipated, but my form was good -- I think -- so I'm happy.

i ordered a healthy salad of greens, tomatoes, strawberries, nuts, pistachios, chicken, feta, cranberries, and balsamic vinaigrette. the only naughty? a walnut muffin camewas served w/ my salad, and i ated it. it was GOOD; i don't regret it.
