Off to a good start!

Sunday: CFE WOD with Kristen, Diane, and Jenn. did the 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 minute on/off deal.

Monday: got up early; did WOD at 9:00am. Woohoo!

Food: zone bar (want to eliminate these)
green tea w milk & honey
left over brisket & cashews

1/2 sweet potato, apple, 2 HB eggs, cashews

late night snack: pineapple

I am going to list my GOALS as soon as i get a chance. they will involve:

Major:

1. clean eating
2. Regular WODs 4 to 5 times per week
3. CFE 3 times per week in prep for a healthier me, and to run a 5K in March (Komen Race)

Ancillary:

1. be on time
2. limit naps on weekends to avoid screwing up sleep schedule
3. plan food for day/week
