I am so ready for T-day Break!
11am EB tea
fasting
4pm egg salad sandwich (490 calories)
5pm green tea
so whole wheat bread is no so good, but i needed something more substantial than my sweet potato. i planned to eat 2 hours earlier but my students needed me.
yay! crossfit soon. felt so good to be back after 3 days of champagne hangover. i am not drinking again for a long-arse time. i don't need/crave alcohol, which is bad bad bad for the body.
