that's my facebook status update from 2am on Friday. i became an African National! Thursday night involved far too much champagne. I rarely drink at all--i consume 2 beers and a shot of whiskey once a month at best--and now know why. Took me TWO full days to recover from the debauchery. last night i went to Ruth's Chris for an anniversary celebration, which makes for compounded indulgence. Needless to write, I did not accomplish my weekly goals. I c-fitted mon, tues, and thursday. (Wed i had an event at the college, requiring me to work all day and night; Friday and Sat i lost to poison.) I CFE'd on Sun, Tues, and Thursday. That's good, though i missed the weekend CFE--was still recovering.
