proud of myself. did CFE by myself at 9am. 5,4,3,2,1,1 done (added an extra 1) decided to CFE this am and do WOD at night because is better to run during the daylight.

salad: greens, walnuts, swiss cheese, tomatoes, raspberries, strawberries, ginger dressing; 2 small org. sausage patties; & dark choc w almonds
