Chocolate Rain Thursday

Breakfast: oatmeal, walnuts, honey, tea

lunch: turkey, greens, boathouse ranch, cashews

Dinner: black olives, tomatoes, hot sauce, avocado, cheese, black beans, dark choc. w almonds

WOD: 18:01 -- first time w 14 lb wall ball -- kick ass!

You are too funny girl. I'm glad you are bloggin again. I was missing your humor. I want to try and reach your goal of one yoga class a week. It's out for this week as I have to work early on Saturday. Unless you know of a class somewhere I could catch??? Your biceps are blowin' up my friend. Next time I see you I'll have to get my ticket to the gun show :)Keep up the great work Jane it's makin a difference!
