9am: tea, organic yogurt and nuts and dried cranberries. ca. 300 cal
12:30p: tuna w gluten free parm dressing, natch peanut butter ca. 300 cal
green tea
felt so much better after working out hard the past two days. not exercising for three days wreaked havoc on my well being --both physical and psychological havoc. alcohol is a depressant, after all.
i love my new muscles! now if only they'd completely pop through my extra layer of protection. ;)
4p sweet potato and swiss cheese ca. 300 cal.
got my hair colored and cut; took extra time; am at mercy of my brother's scheduling needs, since i get a super discount. is worth it. but i went over time, so no cfit for me :( but my hair good :)
8p ragingly hungry: 2 eggs, mozzy, hot sauce, avocado, ca. 250 cal.;
salad: lettuce, nuts, cranberries, carrot, straw and raspberries, ginger dressing, hot sauce. not digging the "healthy" dressing i bought. tastes yuk. ca. 250 cal.?
gourmet dark chocolate with chilies. yum. ca. 300 ca. yummy.
total: ca. 1700 cal. i'd say between 1700 and 1800. am counting calories to see how much i REALLY eat on the regular. i've clearly been eating too much for awhile. to lose weight--in my case, 10 lbs--one must be mindful of the total amount of food consumed on the daily.
i am so tired; didn't get enough sleep last night. have been working nights. going to bed early tonight, then up early for yoga, then turkey day feast!
