9am WOD: did more reps than necessary--more cleans and did 20 box jumps the first time out. what can I say? it was monday. more is better than less, yes? Jen and I both had "special" mornings

pizza (yes--i suck--was in a rush--stopped at home to get some papers--had less time than i thought. scarfed down 1 slice of eric's leftover pizza)
