honk if you like the constitution

Day 6

went to Naples today for Bala Yoga, Waterside, and Whole Foods. Accomplished 2/3 tasks. Was slowed by heavy traffic. am attempting yoga tomorrow at 9:30 at Joyful.

dropped $155 at Whole Foods. :0

excited about my purchases. :)

i baked this afternoon. made walnut cookies and nutty coconut cookies. have tried the first but not the latter. the walnut cookies are yum. the batter was super yum. eric likes them. he remains shocked that the cookies are flour-less. getting ready to make stir fried turkey w/ vegetables. all recipes from live primal.

food today:

1 HBE, 1 apple, 5 brazil nuts, green tea straight up. :D

3 scrambled eggs, avocado, clean salsa, rasp-, straw-, & blueberries, honey, cinnamon

3 walnut cookies. mmm-hmmm.

turkey stir fry from living primal: turkey, cauliflower, red bell pepper, garlic, olive and walnut oil, onion, carrot, 2 nutty coconut cookies = v. delicious. am thinking i ate 2 too many cookies. i need to be careful, even with the paleo sweets. at the same time, after all of my research into the paleo/primal lifeway, i've learned that when eating paleo, one can and should eat until sated. am experimenting with that philosophy, too.

am v. happy with today. i think i performed beautifully; i don't even want any chocolate! :]

I'm gonna make the cookies tomorrow, can't wait to try them.

You are very disciplined my friend. No chocolate! I must try to do without it some next week. Congrats on such a successful day! You ARE awesome!
