still feelin' it.
3 hbes, clean tomato sauce, larabar
meatloaf (2 servings) used previously posted recipe plus clean tomato paste, larabar, apple, 2 squares dark choc and honey
am typically anal about eating zone paleo. today is a bit off cuz i'm way off. am off on and behind in everything -- work, crossfit, house. at least i'm still paleo!

I think you are doing fantastic given you feel like crap :( No worries on slacking a bit, HEAL your bod girl- priority #1, for sure. Everything else will be there come Monday!
