Tuesdays are for Winners

Day 23

meal 1: blueberries, banana, walnuts, tea

snack: 1 paleo cookie

meal 2: paleo meatloaf and salsa

snack: apple in the car

CFE (1.7 mi.) & OHS: 58 lbs

meal 3: broccoli w lemon and olive oil and paleo chicken fingers: almond flour, coconut oil, chicken = yum. dessert: 1 paleo cookie...make that 2 cookies. hmmm...should i commit to 2 cookies at a time or no more than 2 cookies per day? seriously...was i naughty?

those cookies are sooo yummy but sooo heavy carb. seriously.... Considering that 1TBS = 2B, and the recipe calls for 1/2 cup, yes? 1-2d would be max until they're gone! (freak like me would go 1/day or less, but i am freaky and openly aadmit and accept) :O
