food today:
meal 1: green tea, bit o honey, 2 HBEs, 4 brazil nuts, 1/2 apple, 1/2 larabar
meal 2: tuna, paleo mayo, walnuts, 1/2 apple, 1/2 larabar
snack: cauliflower, carrot, red bell pepper mixture, a little tuna, 1/2 larabar, tea no honey!
meal 3: tea no honey! made paleo chicken fingers: chicken, flax seed, coconut oil, egg; spinach, onion, garlic, walnut oil; 2 squares dark choc and honey
no WOD tonight; my brother needed me. will make up sat am.

clean canned tuna from Whole Foods -- no oil, no salt, etc. nothing but tuna and spring water.
Do you have the Primal Blueprint? I get his emails every week, but I never purchased the book. If you have it i'd love to check it out!!
