Work is CRAZY

Day 1

i cannot wait until we get a fourth librarian! being constantly pawed at and pulled in so many directions makes me feel like Butters on cocaine. Not pretty. the other upside of hiring a fourth librarian is being able to crossfit 4 days a week with the 6pm crew. we, the ladies of 6pm, are going to OWN the challenge. watch out, bitches! ;) (no--we really are going to win. let the tears flow.)

meal 1: green tea with honey (no creamer), 3 HB eggs, most of an apple, almond butter

meal 2: mixed greens, walnuts, strawberries, dried cranberries (no sugar), lemon, olive oil, basil, grassfed beef.

off to teach, then i squat.

back squatted 88 lbs, did core work, and consumed one of Diane's yummy pumpkin squares. thanks, Ms. Spaz!

meal 3: chicken w/ olive oil and herbs, broccoli w/ lemon and olive oil, and 1 little square of dark chocolate w almond. :)

Thank you for the kind words and post. I see you are feeling the strain as well these days. I would love to go to yoga with you but this week/weekend is crazy for me. I have my OL CERT this weekend so let's shoot for next week or next weekend. I dooooo missssss my yoga. Last year I was going twice a week at this time. Keep up the good work with Paleo!!
