meal 1: English breakfast/green tea mix and honey; 1/2 banana, raw pumpkin seeds, 2 HBEs; all organic whole foods food = yum
we NEED a whole foods in the Myer!
meal 2: delicious meatloaf, clean salsa, cauliflower and red bell pepper sauteed in walnut oil. so yum. walnut oil is the new olive oil! (see yesterday's blog post for super delicious meatloaf recipe.)
quick snack: 1 apple, 2 mac nuts, and the last of the evil cashews.
CFE: 2 1500 meter rows w/ 1 min. rest in between rows. oy.
WOD: 3 x 5 cleans. 73, 78, 78 (sloppy), 73, 73. much harder than i thought! felt good, though. 3 handstands ca. 40 seconds each.
meal 3: delicious meatloaf, clean salsa, cauliflower and red bell pepper; had dessert tonight: blueberries, raspberries, 2 squares of dark choc and honey. v. satisfying.
