Day 11
When i have a cold that incapacitates me i always think of this drawing of a very angry little girl that i made when i was about 7 with the caption "I'm mad i'm sick!" the drawing, which i still have, screams psychosis. i've always been special. ;)
i awoke frequently last night. eric said i was yelling in distress at one point. he came into the bedroom (i went to sleep early) all concerned. had weird dreams throughout the day. i awoke at 3am and 7:30 am, slept until 10:30ish, and slept again from 1 to 5p. (!) i still feel dog tired; it's 7pm. thankfully my kittehs snuggled me all day.
brunch: 3 HBEs, avocado, clean tomato sauce, walnuts, sunflower seeds, green tea, oj
sunch: clean tuna, lettuce, a little salsa, sunflower seeds, apple, AB
more tea -- green and herbal w honey
late dinner: so hungry, but don't want any more eggs, and don't have the energy to go to grocery store. made 2 paleo pancakes: egg, flaxseed, coconut, walnuts, AB, cinnamon, blueberries, honey
need to go to grocery store. had planned to go tonight. need to get apple cider vinegar. just read about a sore throat home remedy that consists of cayenne pepper, honey, apple cider vinegar, lemon, and hot water. wish i had some ACV, though this concoction doesn't exactly appeal to my sense of taste.

Feel better soon! Tea is awesome- I am glad to join the band wagon. I would love to put honey in mine. I have the raw, organic kind. Is that paleo or a cheat? Oh, BTW- I am going to increase my nut intake. Thank you. It does seem kind of silly to have 1 mac. nut right? I am just trying to do the blocks and if I eat too many nuts then it's all out of whack. I ask myself daily... Why am I doing this?
