i am a pail of snot--happy venereal disease day!

Day 14

I know that's doubly gross: 1. snot is gross, but i currently am full of it and feel compelled to share; 2. when people write, "Happy VD," venereal disease, and not valentines day, comes to mind.

e and i made a valentines breakfast of paleo pancakes with blue- and raspberries and honey and walnuts on top (me) and eggs and sausage (e). i consumed 3 blocks of protein in terms of my egg and sausage consumption, and ate 1 pancake: walnuts, berries, banana, flax seed, AB, honey, and egg--counted in total block above. i added a bit of salsa to my egg.5; e added stumps bbq sauce to his. if he had nixed, or, as i like to say, sansed the bbq sauce, he would have enjoyed a 100% paleo b-fast.



i am enjoying the Olympics. is anyone else watching? i'm disgusted that the IOC continues to ban women from the long jump. A woman holds the world record in the long jump! And plenty more than one female long jumper competes and wants to participate in the Olympics. Isn't encouraging and supporting participation in sport and sport competitions the mission of the Olympics and the IOC? Their argument for excluding women's long jump is that "there aren't enough high-level women to create competition worthy of the Olympics." This is BULLSHIT. the IOC is like the Soviet politburo.

meal 1: paleo banana flaxseed AB, 1 egg pancake with blue- & raspberries, honey & walnuts ; 1.5 eggs, salsa, 1 sausage

snack: 1 paleo pancake and fruit and nuts

meal 2: meatloaf w cauliflower, onion, red bell,garlic, walnut oil

meal 3: coconut chicken (made from live primal), portobello mushrooms, onion, garlic, avocado, tomato, apple cider vinegar, 2 squares dark choc and honey
