b-fast: 2 eggs, apple, a few brazil nuts, english breakfast tea, honey
lunch: greens, raw shrimp, strawberries, dried cranberries, walnuts, lemon, olive oil, cayenne pepper
snack: pecan date almond larabar with some raw almond butter
WOD: 15 amrap of rowing, single arm snatches, and box jumps. i did a 20 pound snatch. completed 4 rounds plus 11 snatches (i did 3 more snatches after i caught my breath -- gotta be symmetrical. i really am OCD.) next time: 5 rounds!
DINNER: shrimp sauteed in fresh garlic, cayenne, a little sea salt, olive oil, 1/4 beefsteak tomato, fresh broccoli, fresh lemon on all = yum; a little dark choc w almonds for dessert.
my mister ate pizza while i was making my dinner/lunch for tomorrow. i felt slightly tempted a few times, but didn't give in. if i wasn't doing the challenge i would have succumbed. however, 10 minutes later, i no longer felt tempted, nor did i crave his pizza. i find this telling. oH! i had a crazy ass intense craving for chicken noodle soup tonight. i could picture it in my noggin. is either because my body wants salt (see sea salt above); an attachment to sentimental food is manifesting itself, or, off limits non-paleo foods are seizing my brain. i rarely eat chicken noodle soup. weird.

Do I have to read about vinegar? I really dig my dressing and if it is a cheat everyday for me....So be it I don't mind!

Your lunch and snack sound yummy! How did the lonesome WOD go?
The larabars are pretty good, I didn't think of having it with my beloved almond butter. Will try it tomorrow. See you tomorrow for a pre-WOD CFE.
i don't know for sure, but larabar with ab sounds flipping goooooood.
Michelle: I don't think a little balsamic or red wine vinegar is going to hurt you. think of it this way: if it's either vinegar or typical salad dressing with soy, gluten, sugar, salt, xanthan gum, and loads of other complete shite, you are making a very healthy choice!
Kristin: I did it by myself, but was good. i nearly completed 5 rounds. :)
Diane: larabars are pretty good, and convenient, though pricey. the AB tasted v. yum on the larabar. was a perfect pre-wod snack. well, i probably should have thrown 1 HB egg in there, since larabar is all carbs and fats.
i'll see both of you lovely ladies tomorrow for a CFE and DWOD. I heart acronyms. ;)
