Day 45
a 5K row tomorrow? Hmmm...tomorrow will be my first official CFFB day. ;)
awoke feeling v. run down, felt like i was getting sick. am under enormous pressure at work right now. today turned out to be rather challenging. must hold on.
didn't feel hungry this am. incredibly busy morning at work; forced down a banana and almonds; tea.
lunch: chicken loaf, pine nuts, onion, yellow squash, eggplant, strawberries, almond butter, honey (v. hungry)
Tabata WOD: 20 lb dumbbell snatch; 8 reps per snatch round; 7 reps per box jump round; Total Score: 23
I feel badly that i brought a palpable cloud of stress with me to c-fit. sorry everyone. i make an effort to tuck it away before walking into c-fit, but today proved somewhat overwhelming. at least i felt better after c-fit, as i always do. however, i still had a bit of a breakdown upon returning home. what's a girl to do? la la la. i've decided to start a ritual of unwinding/meditation in the foyer with the cats every evening, during which i will remind myself of everything i am thankful for, and the many ways in which i am blessed.
dinner: chicken loaf, pine nuts, dark choc. --extra dark choc. yes. tonight was the night for some extra opium, AKA chocolate.

great post, and no worries re: your visible stress. That's what your cf family is for sometimes!! Try to eat as much and as clean as you can in the upcoming days, to keep your immune as strong as poss. YOU ARE NOT getting sick :) LOVE the foyer plans- I am all about that these days- I too will adopt daily medi time...and extra opium is a gooood thing....
If you need extra cats for the foyer please let me know. I know...this joke is probably getting old :) Don't worry about bringing your stress-we all do this for stress relief. Seems like CF is doing it's job properly...hmmm?
