i'm scared :0

Day 31

meal 1: blueberries, 2 HBEs, sunflower seeds, salsa, avocado, tea

quick snack during meeting; today was balls to wall, as E says: banana

meal 2: tomatoes, paleo meatloaf, walnuts

CFE: 12 20 second sprints
WOD: 68 lb. power cleans (3) plus burpees (5) for 10 minutes. no fouls for me!

i feel so good about my performance this week. all of my muscles are incredibly sore, especially my abs from the rope climbs. so proud of my back squats, 14 lb wbs, rope climbs, power cleans, and burpees this week! is omitting honey from my diet and limiting fruit doing the trick?

meal 3: chicken, spinach, olive oil, ACV, lemon, red sauce, a little dark choc (to fight the cake urges and help keep me lady-like, per rob wolf), and a few raspberries, which i just bought; they looked perfectly ripe. i had to test them! ;)

good work on all this week!! :) you are def in a sweet spot, as I like to think of it~ food is stellar and enough, performance is leaps and bounds improved, and you feel great! This is why we ALL do this crazy shi-atte. WAY TO BE JANE!
